On Ice, One on One Private lesson with Chris Kanaly and a personal shooter for 1 Hour. Individualized for your Goaltender’s Style and Skill level. Ice Reservations and Rink approval required. All Private Lessons are $125

Semi Private On Ice Lessons

On Ice Lesson with Two Goaltenders during your team’s practice slot. There will be a heavy concentration on Stance, Angles, and Save Selection. $80 per Goalie includes personal evaluation and One on One interaction with Goaltender Coach Chris Kanaly (Coaches approval Required)

Private Off Ice Training

Intense Off Ice Training for the Serious Goaltender. 1 Hour Sessions catering to the Elite Athlete which includes proper dieting, stretching techniques, plyometrics, eye hand coordination and agility drills. (Must be at least 12 Years Old to enroll in this program) **All Off Ice Sessions are $75

Video Review Session

In House Video Review of your own, previously recorded, game footage. Turn your game into a personalized coaching session with a time sequenced analysis of saves, goals and performance enhancing techniques. All aspects of Goaltending and Game Situation save selection will be examined. Includes a detailed written report of the student’s strengths and weaknesses.
